One source of truth for the Verus Relay map

The public Verus Relay map and the operator console now draw from the same live data and update themselves as relays come and go.

What I tried

The public relay map and the operator console each kept their own idea of where relays were.

Why I chose differently

With boxes now going to other people's homes, two views of the network that could disagree would sooner or later tell somebody something untrue.

What I chose

Both now read from one source and refresh on their own as relays join and drop. A relay that enrols itself appears by its number and name within moments. A relay only shows as carrying radio when its radio is actually running. The public map still places relays on a coarse grid, so nobody's home is shown.

The principle

If two screens describe the same thing, they should read the same data. Otherwise one of them is wrong and you do not know which.
