The policy pack, released under an NDA signed online

A buyer can now ask for the full security policy pack from any group website, sign a mutual NDA online and receive the pack once the request has been checked.

What I tried

Internal policies are shared with prospective customers for due diligence, but only under a confidentiality agreement. Sending NDAs by email and chasing signatures slows every deal.

Why I chose differently

I chose to keep a person in the loop: a signature proves someone agreed, not that the request is genuine, so a director still checks each one before anything is released.

What I chose

The requester confirms a work email, reads the agreement with their organisation already in it and signs by typing their name. The time, connection and a fingerprint of the exact text are recorded. A director approves from an email, the agreement is countersigned automatically and a download link that expires is sent. Anyone with the reference can check the signed agreement is unchanged.

The principle

Automate the paperwork, keep the judgement.
